Hammerblows by Mr. Pink, The Husband (#11)

I am going to start a blog, like a support group, and name it ‘My Wife’s a Blogger‘.

Mr. Pink is feeling neglected.

I should feel sorry, but then he also (always) says,

Aren’t you going to put what I just said on
Mr. Pink’s Hammersmith Blows‘?

No! I am not! And it is Hammerblows by Mr. Pink, The…
Oh forget it!

For new followers/readers who feel lost as to who this Mr. Pink is then please refer to the first post in the series here or go backwards in time reading through the category, Hammerblows by Husband.

  1. I think my husband will be joining that support group…This week I was so busy with work that I practically had zero time blogging…yesterday out of the blue he said “you do know you have not blogged for 3 days?” I think someone is actually secretly missing me on the net 🙂 even if he pretends that my blogging has no impact on him…lol

    1. LOL. Mr. Pink’s the same actually. He appears not to care but he does . He’s loving all the attention he’s getting! Nice to have you back Jini. Hope all your work was successfully completed. 🙂

  2. Will you just look at that! ‘My wife’s a blogger’ sounds like a capital idea Mr Pink of the famed ‘Hammersmith Blows’, so I say what do you waiting for then?! Bring. It. On. Already! Hmph! LMAO!

Love this post Sammie, its short, funny, fast-paced and deliciously spiced! Wayyy cool! Talk ’bout chocolatey chunks of fun, seeing as you’re ‘cooreizy’ ’bout chocolates! Keep bringin’ ’em gurl! LOL

  3. Sometimes I think, men will be men. But we are women too, as well! Look how thousands of complaint brimming over my head, finding you talking about your husbands..haa! But then I consider, these poor chaps cook, when we daydream about writing a book…hmm!

I love reading this series most, of all your posts, Sam 🙂 Just so that you know…

    1. 🙂 “But then I consider, these poor chaps cook, when we daydream about writing a book” – EXACTLY! I don’t know how I got so lucky.

You know Arundhati, one of the reasons I started this series is to collect all the little moments we share and so one day when we are having troubles, how many ever years down the line (I am not naïve to think that it will never come), I have this to come back to – to remember the laughter and love. I am glad you like it. I am very happy to share it. 🙂

    1. Nope! This was the best image I could find to go with my series title. He looks a bit like Luigi but a teeny weeny bit so no he doesn’t really look like Luigi. I think Luigi is his spirit animal. He does whistle the Mario Bros theme too often to be considered normal.

  4. This is such a great idea for a series of blog posts. I wish I’d thought of it. My husband says things like: “You just can’t help yourself, can you?” I’ll have to remind him that I started blogging at his suggestion. 🙂
